Channel Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors, dealers, and retailers, in designated territories or market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing regular support, training, and incentives to drive sales growth
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies and programs, in collaboration with the marketing team, to promote our products and services and increase brand awareness
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products or services and to optimize product positioning and pricing strategies
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales performance, channel partner performance, and customer satisfaction, and use data-driven insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure timely and effective execution of channel sales strategies and programs
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote our brand and products, and to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, and use this information to inform sales and marketing strategies
**Requirements**:
- years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the Appliances, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of success in building and managing channel partner relationships and driving sales growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with channel partners and customers
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel within designated territories or market segments as needed.
