**Job Title: Supply Chain Executive**

**Location**: Remote / India-based (UK Shift)
**Shift Timings**: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday + 2 alternate Saturdays

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end **supply chain operations**, including procurement, inventory, and logistics coordination.
- Work closely with **warehousing partners and internal teams** to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Use **ERP systems** (like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and **SaaS-based platforms** to manage order flow and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with **international clients and vendors** for smooth communication and order fulfilment.
- Monitor **shipment tracking**, delivery schedules, and resolve supply chain-related queries.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate periodic reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in **supply chain operations** or logistics roles.
- Strong understanding of **ERP tools**, **SaaS platforms**, and warehouse processes.
- Experience working with **international clients** is a strong plus.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Ability to work independently in a **UK time zone (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST)**.
- Technically sound with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

**Preferred**
- Experience in **e-commerce, manufacturing**, or **B2B logistics** domains.
- Exposure to tools like **SAP, Zoho, Oracle, NetSuite, WMS**, etc.
