**Job Summary**:
The Central Management Team (CMT) in logistics provides centralized oversight and coordination for multi-site distribution, transportation, and warehouse operations. The role focuses on aligning operational strategies, standardizing logistics processes, managing KPIs, and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery across the supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Centralized Logistics Oversight**:

- Monitor performance across multiple distribution centers, transportation lanes, and 3PL partners.
- Coordinate national or regional supply chain operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- **Process Standardization & Optimization**:

- Implement best practices, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead process audits and logistics workflow improvements.

Required : 6Months to 2 years Experienced with the CMT in US logistics.
