We are looking for a **Senior Customer Support Executive** for the International Voice Process. In this role, you will interact with customers across global markets, handle their queries via voice calls, and provide timely, effective solutions. The position requires excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers.
- Understand customer needs and deliver accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during conversations.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and process guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 12th Pass or Equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in an international voice process / BPO / call center preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
