**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive based in Mumbai at Dugar Tubes Pvt Ltd. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, preparing sales reports, attending industry events, and assisting in developing sales strategies to meet targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Inquiry & Order Management**: Consolidate, respond to, and process all incoming sales inquiries daily. Prepare and issue quotes, follow up on leads, and ensure timely processing of sales orders.
- **Sales Documentation & File Maintenance**: Maintain and update the master sales file on the shared server for easy access by the team. Provide necessary documents (such as E-way bills and tax invoices) to transporters for smooth delivery processing.
- **Coordination with Logistics & Dispatch**: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods and communicate dispatch status to customers. Courier relevant documents as needed.
- **Vendor Registration & CRM Management**: Register new vendors monthly and ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Regularly enter and update customer information and sales data.
- **Payment Follow-up & Reporting**: Proactively follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Provide reports as required to management or HOD.
- **General Support**: Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or management.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic understanding of the steel industry and products
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹282,000.00 per year
