**Key Responsibilities**:

- Find and meet new customers to explain and sell our digital marketing services.
- Build good relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing the best service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Understand what customers need and suggest the right services, like social media marketing, social media management, and website design.
- Work with our team to make sure clients get the best results.
- Keep a record of customer meetings, sales, and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of sales experience
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must own a bike and hold a valid driver’s license.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: ₹8,000-₹10,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

- Earn ₹500-₹2,000 per sale, but incentives will be given only after achieving the monthly target.
- Additional bonuses for exceeding targets (e.g., extra incentives for high-performance months).
- **Allowances**: ₹2,000/month for travel expenses.
