**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative - SPA Banking Products

**Location**: Teleperformance Hebbal, Bengaluru

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to various banking products and services.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere to strict quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation mandatory
- **Experience**: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a BPO environment
- **Mandate**: Minimum 6 months of experience in handling banking products in a BPO setting
- **Languages**:

- Fluency in English + Tamil
- Fluency in English + Malayalam
- Fluency in English + Telugu
- **Shift Timings**: Day rotational shift (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
- **Week Off**: 1 Rotational week off
