**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform professional spa treatments such as massages, body scrubs, facials, pedicures, and other wellness therapies as per spa standards.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of treatment rooms before and after each service.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and sterilization protocols.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients.
- Stay updated on new spa techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of spa products and equipment.
- Cooperate with other spa team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputed spa, salon, or wellness center.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Balinese, Thai, etc.).
- Knowledge of skin care and body treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming, etiquette, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle clients with care, discretion, and empathy.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English/Hindi or local language is a plus.
