3. They ought to possess outstanding communication skills and be able to learn the product and service awareness essential to efficiently give wellness solutions to meet the needs of guests. They have to hold and maintain a current state license.

4. Provide consistent professional spa massage therapies and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practices.

5. Handle guests’ queries and concerns efficiently and politely.

6. Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.

7. Provide exact, suitable and instant responses to all requests by guests.

8. Possess the aptitude to work with no direct supervision.

9. Maintain a constructive attitude and add towards a quality work environment.

10. Regularly present and take part in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.

11. Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by the organization.

12. Perform preperatory work, correctly clean and restock the room and working area as per policies and procedures.

13. Communicate to administration all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that need concentration.

14. Actively support the spa, treatments, services and retail, in addition to programs, promotions and/or discounts obtainable.

15. Converse to management any all occurrences connecting staff or guests in the spa that require notice.

16. Efficiently inform and teach guests concerning specific wellness concerns.

17. Be supple with schedule, at the bottom of the needs of the spa.

18. Properly care for tools and use proper amounts of manufactured goods to assist with cost controls.

**Salary**: ₹8,420.34 - ₹39,195.58 per month
