Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality customer service, manage staff performance, maintain hygiene standards, and drive business growth through innovative marketing and client retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
  • Ensure the spa operates efficiently and meets service quality standards.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities to increase client engagement and revenue.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplies of spa products and equipment.
  • Create staff schedules and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of business goals.
  • Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to plan seasonal offers or new services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Spa Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar leadership role in the wellness industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of spa software and appointment management systems.
  • Ability to manage budgets, targets, and reports efficiently.
  • Passion for wellness, beauty, and client satisfaction.
