**Position**: Sales Coordinator

**Function**: Sales Support & Coordination

**Department**: Infrastructure (UT)

**Main objectives**:

- To provide pre & post-sales support to sales managers.
- Co-ordinate between Sales Managers, commercial team, warehouse team & accounts team for sales activity.

**Main tasks**:

- Prepare and Send Offers against all the Inquiries of UT Segment from UT Team within 48 hours from receipt of Inquiry.
- Monitor status of Purchase Orders with LD Clause in co-ordination with Back office and Sales Manager to avoid LD Charges. Timely Submission of PO Extension Letters and prior information on Expected LD Charges to be informed to concerns.
- Support UT Team in Tender Process of Various Gas Customers by creating necessary database of documentation. Create and Develop Database of PO Copies and Pricelist for UT Customers along with Credential letters in co-ordination with UT Team and Backoffice.
- Monitor and Maintain Status of EMD and PBG in co-ordination with account team and respective sales manager. Assist and Support Back office and Accounts in compilation of documents for LC along with any other related back-office support for UT Business.
- Establish implementation of CONNECT Portal for distributors in co-ordination with Back office, Switzerland Team and Respective Sales Manager.
- Ensure upload of necessary documents on L&T Portal for Dispatches in co-ordination with respective Sales Manager.

**Competences and responsibilities**:

- Timely offer preparation.
- Proficiency in excel.
- Maintaining tender related documents.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
