**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training programs tailored to employees.
- Conduct interactive workshops on communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, conflict resolution, and professional etiquette.
- Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and discussions with department heads.
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and role-playing exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Provide one-on-one coaching or mentorship to individuals needing extra guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into training sessions.

- Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Adaptability and creativity in training methodologies
- Coaching and mentoring ability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
