As part of our mission to create future-ready professionals, we are looking for a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to help shape the communication and interpersonal abilities of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on soft skills including communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
- Train learners on interview preparation, personal branding and workplace etiquette to improve employability outcomes.
- Design, update and customize training modules based on learner feedback and current industry requirements.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with learner goals.
- Track learner progress and maintain training reports and performance metrics.
- Facilitate mock interviews, group discussions, and role plays.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in soft skills training, preferably in an EdTech or academic environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of employability and corporate behavioral expectations.
- Familiarity with online training tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
