**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team who will design and deliver training sessions to meet the specific needs of our esteemed clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver interactive Modules on effective language & communication, Interview Skills, time management, placement and other soft skills.

*Conduct assessments to identify participants skill gaps and customize training programs accordingly.

*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training to continuously improved training programs.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to participants, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with HR to address organizational needs for soft skills development and for continuous improvement and learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for various audiences and skill levels.

Salary

Will be Calculated based on hours of training program

300*3 hrs =900 per day or (2 hours per day)

*6 days of training

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

Expected hours: 18 per week

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mysore, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mysore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
