Soft Skills Trainer

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing participants' communication, interpersonal, and professional development skills through interactive workshops, role plays, and real-life case studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver soft skills training sessions (in-person ) based on client or organization requirements.
- Design and customize training content, activities, and assessments aligned with audience needs.
- Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure participant progress and training effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and participative learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to participants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth session scheduling and feedback collection.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills / Behavioral Trainer (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable conducting both offline and online sessions.
- Certification in soft skills training or a related domain is an added advantage.

Contract length: 10 days
Pay: ₹1, ₹4,000.00 per day
