**Shift Timings**: 6:00 pm to 3:00am (IST) with only 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed off)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance performance.
- Analyze Audit data, Compliance, Communication & Process related data. Prepare & Implement action plans.
- Analyze the Coaching / Training needs & support them in delivery.
- Conduct Communication & Process training sessions for new hires.
- Support floor Training Initiatives: Resolution & Communication Trainings etc.
- Monitor calls (barge-in calls) on Communication, Soft Skills, and Process & Compliance Parameters.
