**Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer**

**Job Overview**:
A Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the interpersonal and communication skills of individuals within an organization. The goal is to improve employees' soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and leadership, to contribute to their professional development and overall effectiveness in the workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:
Design and develop training programs that address specific soft skills needs identified within the organization.

Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, activities, and assessments.

**Training Delivery**:
Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups, either in-person or through virtual platforms.

Adapt training methods to suit the learning styles and needs of participants.

**Needs Assessment**:
Conduct assessments to identify the soft skills gaps within the organization.

Collaborate with HR and management to understand specific skill development requirements.

Feedback and Evaluation:
Provide constructive feedback to participants on their soft skills development.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.

**Stay Updated**:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new developments in soft skills training.

Continuously update training materials to reflect current standards and practices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (communication, psychology etc.).

Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of soft skills concepts and principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to tailor training programs to diverse audiences.

Certification in training or coaching is a plus.

Pay: ₹16,074.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
