**Job Title**: Communication and Soft Skills Trainer
**Overview**:
As a Communication and Soft Skills Trainer at **Emversity,** you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to healthcare professionals. Your primary focus will be on enhancing communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Program Development**:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including video-based content, on communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and other relevant soft skills.
- Align training programs with the specific needs of healthcare professionals, considering their roles and responsibilities.
- **Training Delivery**:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of training methodologies (e.g., lectures, group discussions, role-playing, simulations, and video-based learning).
- Video recording of communication and soft skills session as per the requirements
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to participants to improve their skills.
- Conduct train the trainer program for newly joined Educators
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Develop and update training materials, including handouts, presentations, and online resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in communication and soft skills training.
- **Performance Evaluation**:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- **Mentoring and Coaching**:
- Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to healthcare professionals to enhance their communication and soft skills.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Master's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including video editing software.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
- Passion for training and development.
**Additional Skills (preferred)**:
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Certification in training and development.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
