Job Description:Training & Development Delivery work focuses on delivering/providing training for thegeneral workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including:Train new Customer Service Executives in the area of Voice and Accent Neutralization, Customer Service Skills and Cultural SensitizationConducting regular refresher sessions to improve or maintain the core skills of the customer service executives on the operation floor.Carry out voice coaching activities for the process to maximize the effectiveness of the executives.Provide support in creation of training modules.
