Who Are We Looking For?

We are hiring a full-time Soft Skills Trainer based in Bangalore to lead engaging training programs at schools across the city, while also contributing to quality control, curriculum feedback, and coordination with internal and freelance trainers. This is a strategic role with a long-term opportunity to contribute to trainer development as part of our Bangalore expansion plan.

A Typical Week In Your Role
- Conduct interactive classroom training sessions across SkillSphere programs at schools in Bangalore — primarily offline
- Stationed at a fixed partner school 4 days/week, with additional travel across Bangalore for other sessions
- Collaborate with the Train the Trainer (TTT) Division to coordinate freelance trainers, collect feedback, and assist in trainer development
- Prepare student reports, manage feedback forms, and ensure documentation is up to standard
- Support curriculum updates, content inputs, and training quality control
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the Bangalore team and national leadership

Where Will You Work From?
- Fixed location: A partner school in Bangalore (4 days/week)
- Additional in-city travel to other schools as per schedule
- Coordination and curriculum tasks may be done remotely on non-training days

Compensation
- Starting Salary: ₹43,000 - ₹48,000/month
- Appraisals aligned with role evolution, performance, and contribution to trainer upliftment and curriculum

How Do We Assess Work?
- Student and client feedback from workshops
- Quality and timeliness of report and curriculum contributions
- Effectiveness in trainer coordination and program delivery
- Initiative taken to contribute to long-term goals of the Bangalore team

Pay: ₹43,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
