**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team who will design and deliver training sessions to meet the specific needs of our esteemed clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver interactive Modules on effective english language & communication, Interview Skills, time management, placement and other soft skills.

*Conduct assessments to identify participants skill gaps and customize training programs accordingly.

*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training to continuously improved training programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role in NGO /Colleges Preffered

Salary

Will be Calculated based on hours of training program

300*3 hrs =900 per day or (2 hours per day)

*6 days of training

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

Expected hours: 10 per week

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
