As part of our mission to create future-ready professionals, we are looking for a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to help shape the communication and interpersonal abilities of our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on soft skills including communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.**:

- Train learners on interview preparation, personal branding and workplace etiquette to improve employability outcomes.
- **Design, update**, **and customize training modules based on learner feedback and current industry requirements.**:

- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- **Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with learner goals.**:

- Track learner progress and maintain training reports and performance metrics.
- **Facilitate mock interviews, group discussions, and role plays.**

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in soft skills training, preferably in an EdTech or academic environment.
- **Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.** Strong understanding of employability and corporate behavioural expectations.
- **Familiarity with online training tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).** Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- **Bachelor's degree in**a **relevant field.**

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
