Responsibility Requirements for an English and Soft Skills Trainer:

- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to participants, focusing on improving language proficiency and soft skills.
4. **Assessment and Evaluation**:
- Develop and administer assessments to measure participants' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
5. **Stay Updated**:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in language teaching methodologies and soft skills training.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect current industry standards.
6. **Communication Skills Enhancement**:
- Focus on enhancing participants' communication skills, both verbal and written, in a professional context.
7. **Cultural Sensitivity**:
- Foster cultural sensitivity and awareness to ensure effective communication in diverse workplace settings.
8. **Professional Development Workshops**:
- Conduct workshops to enhance participants' professional development, including time management, teamwork, and leadership skills.
9. **Technology Integration**:
- Integrate relevant technology tools and platforms to enhance language learning and soft skills development.
10. **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to align training programs with overall organizational goals.
11. **Feedback Loop**:
- Establish a feedback loop with participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
