**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance our team's interpersonal and communication abilities. The Soft Skills Trainer will work with individuals and teams to improve their emotional intelligence, customer service skills, conflict resolution abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and other soft skills critical to workplace success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement engaging and impactful training modules, workshops, and activities tailored to specific soft skills (e.g., communication, empathy, teamwork, leadership, adaptability).
- **Workshop Facilitation**: Conduct interactive training sessions, both online and in person, that encourage active participation and hands-on practice.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Assess participants' current soft skills levels through observations, assessments, and one-on-one interviews. Provide constructive feedback and track progress.
- **Customized Training**: Tailor training programs for different teams, levels, or individual needs to improve workplace culture and enhance productivity.
- **Content Creation**: Develop digital and print training materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and assessments.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Track the impact of training initiatives and provide regular feedback and reports on progress and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or a related role in talent development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- Ability to connect with and inspire diverse participants across varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Passionate about personal and professional growth, with a strong focus on continuous learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Emotional Intelligence or Communication training.
- Experience working with multicultural teams or global organizations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
