**Job Title: Performance Marketer**

**Job Description**:
We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive conversions, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Strategy and Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.

**3. Budget Allocation and ROI Analysis**: Allocate budgets across channels, track ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

**4. Creative Development and Optimization**: Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and optimize them for better performance.

**5. Data Analysis and Reporting**:Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

**6. A/B Testing and Experimentation**:Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to inform campaign optimization and improve overall performance.

**7. Stakeholder Management**: Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and external partners.

**8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends**: Continuously update knowledge on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
