**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive conversions, improve customer acquisition, and maximize ROI.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement A/B testing, creative optimization, and budget management to ensure the best outcomes.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage a team of digital marketers, ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently and within budget.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve their digital marketing skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and provide feedback to help team members grow.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click Through Rate), and overall campaign ROI.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards for senior management, providing insights into campaign performance, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future strategies.
- **Budget Management & Optimization**:

- Manage and allocate budgets across various channels, ensuring optimal use of marketing spend.
- Continuously optimize ad campaigns to achieve the highest possible ROI while staying within budget constraints.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ads and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Collaborate with external agencies or partners for media buying and influencer marketing campaigns, if needed.
- **Stay Updated with Trends**:

- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and analytics tools.
- Test new platforms, ad formats, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
