Required Customer Support Executive for Domestic Process

**Salary**: 17,000/- to 24,000/- Monthly In Hand
Freshers and Experience can also apply.
Freshers with good English, and Gujrati speaking skills
Graduates can also apply

Roles and Responsibilities
- Associate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers/Patients.
- Need to inform customers about the campaign and inform them about the services of the hospital.
- convince customers/patients to book the appointment and visit the hospital.
- Proper follow-ups with the potential customer and convince them to visit the center.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
- Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
- Responsible to update the conversation in CRM and google drive.
- Responsible to take the feedback from the customer and share with the concerned person/dept.
- Taking follow-ups from management for the complaints and feedback closure.
- Transfer the call to other departments if required etc.
- Handle all the complaints of customers and pacify them.

Qualifications/Other Requirements
1. Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate
2. 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
3. Should be fluent in English & Hindi
