We are hiring IT Support – Voice Process Executives for our Gurgaon office. The role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients via voice calls. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound support calls for IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries.
  • Maintain call logs and prepare support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Support / Technical Voice Process.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to work in US Shift (Night Shift).
