An **E-commerce Executive** plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing a company's online sales channels. This position involves developing and implementing strategies to boost online sales, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Performance Analysis**: Monitor website analytics to assess user behavior, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment and minimizing stockouts.
- **Customer Engagement**: Address online customer inquiries and feedback promptly, aiming to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Promotional Activities**: Plan and manage online promotions, discounts, and special offers to attract and retain customers.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate regular reports on e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Your
- **Experience**: Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,748.41 - ₹32,208.38 per month
