**In one sentence**:
Leads the technical sales process to align Digital Brand Suite, a SaaS product, with the customer’s technical and business needs.
Lead all APAC leads and opportunities, working together with the regional sale director.
**What will your job look like?**:
- Utilizing a deep technical and business understanding for the DBS product and architecture and deep understanding in BSS needs specifically for digital brands, 2nd brand and MVNE/O
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of DBS SaaS product and present them to our customers.
- DBS architecture blueprint and DBS roadmap, knowledge of native AWS architectures is needed
- Technical understanding of the customer's needs for a digital solution and integrations to customer echo system.
- Gain insight into customers' environment, challenges, and opportunities in order to propose areas where DBS products and partners can bring value. Ensure that the proposed solution reflects the DBS value proposition and our competitive advantages. Get into the details of how the system will function and will be integrated into the client environment, and how open and easy it will be to maintain post-production.
- Maintain a comprehensive awareness of industry trends, standards, and competition in order to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics.
- Maintain a broader knowledge of architecture and integration between products/ services and various elements within products/ services.
- Share and communicate end-to-end solutions orally and in writing to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear, concise language that is in the vernacular of each group.
- Identify the customer need (sales opportunities) early in the buying cycle, and determine how the need can be addressed by Amdocs. Analyze and quantify the business value that the proposed solution would offer to the customer.
- Identify all needed integrations and customizations, including estimations needed for each opportunity
- Design solutions and formulate response to RFx and presents solutions to customers. Utilize deep technical knowledge of products and services to align appropriate solutions based on client need.
- Create and present POC/demos for customers, hand on of DBS implementation is required for demo preparations, presentation and storytelling skills are required
- Conduct thought leadership sessions,. Support sales from presales to scoping handover. Provide ongoing feedback to PBG product management.
**All you need is...**:
- 7+ years experience in the BSS industry, digital brand and SaaS product experience is an advantage
- 5+ years solutions architecture/sales engineering experience. working on cloud products is required (AWS is an advantage)
- Proven experience in requirements and analysis, project life cycle, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.
- Experience in communication with executive level, including Presentations and storytelling experience
- Proven experience in sales engineering for Telco and/or cable operators (middle and high management levels).
**Credentials**:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
