Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Expert, located in Gurgaon. The Travel Sales Expert will be responsible for managing client travel inquiries, planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services. Tasks also include providing potential customers with travel information, itineraries, and arranging domestic and international travel packages. Additionally, the role involves handling customer complaints, and processing refunds and cancellations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Travel Sales, Itinerary Planning, and Travel Package Sales skills.
- Customer Relationship Management, Handling Complaints, and Customer Service skills.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
- Proficiency in travel-related software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
