Role Overview

The E-commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring product availability, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with warehouses and the head office team to

ensure smooth order fulfillment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon)

and FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart) operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment
- Monitor stock levels across Flipkart, Amazon, Zepto, Tata 1mg, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory in FBA/FBF warehouses to prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock dispatch and real-time inventory updates.
- Track and report any inventory discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

Order Processing & Execution:

- Oversee order processing to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment.
- Handle order exceptions, cancellations, and returns in coordination with the warehouse and customer support teams.
- Ensure adherence to platform-specific SLAs for order fulfillment.

Coordination & Communication:

- Act as the liaison between the warehouse, head office, and e-commerce partners to ensure seamless execution of operations.
- Work closely with the logistics team to manage shipping, returns, and reverse logistics.
- Communicate effectively with account managers of different platforms to resolve any operational issues.

Platform Performance & Compliance:

- Ensure product listings comply with the guidelines of each platform.
- Regularly check account health metrics (late dispatch rates, cancellations, stock availability, etc.).
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Tata 1mg.
- Knowledge of FBA, FBF, and warehouse coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track inventory movement and forecast demand.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage platform-related challenges.
- Familiarity with e-commerce dashboards, order management systems (OMS), and inventory management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
- Prior experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Skincare e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Tata 1mg, Zepto and other ecommerce seller platforms.

**Working Days | Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm | Saturday & Sunday: Closed**
