Key Responsibilities:

- **Sourcing and Supplier Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of tea products and tea-related gifts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
- **Product Selection and Procurement**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Source and procure a diverse range of tea varieties, blends, and accessories, as well as complementary gift items.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Cost Management and Budgeting**:

- Develop and manage procurement budgets to optimize spending and maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through volume discounts, negotiation, and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, currency fluctuations, and other factors affecting product costs.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the procurement process.
- Conduct supplier audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Address any quality issues or product non-conformities in a timely manner.
- **Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing**:

- Promote sustainable sourcing practices and ethical supply chain management.
- Identify and engage with suppliers who adhere to fair labor practices, environmental regulations, and ethical standards.
- Explore opportunities to incorporate organic, fair trade, and ethically sourced products into the procurement process.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on procurement activities, market trends, and supplier performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the procurement function.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1 years) in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the tea or food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of tea varieties, production processes, and quality standards.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
