**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic **IT Procurement Executive** to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for freshers who have strong **MS Excel skills, good communication abilities**, and an eagerness to learn IT procurement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Vendor Coordination**
- Assist in identifying and evaluating IT suppliers/vendors.
- Communicate with vendors for quotes, negotiations, and order processing.

**Procurement & Documentation**
- Support IT purchase requests and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain records of IT assets, invoices, and purchase orders.

**Excel & Data Management**
- Use **MS Excel** for data entry, reporting, and tracking procurement activities.
- Analyze cost comparisons and maintain procurement logs.

**Communication & Coordination**
- Coordinate with internal teams for IT hardware/software requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve procurement-related queries.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Education**: Graduate in any field (Commerce/IT background preferred).
**Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting).
**Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication for vendor coordination.
**Soft Skills**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick learner.
**Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred.
