**Main Responsibilities**:
**Processing Purchase Orders (POs)**:
Receive and review purchase requisitions.
Generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure that purchase orders comply with organizational policies and standards.
Collaborate with various departments to confirm order details.

**Payment Follow-ups**:
Monitor and track payment schedules.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment status.
Address any discrepancies in invoices and resolve payment issues.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payments.

**Backend Work**:
Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.
Update and manage the procurement database or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Assist in the preparation of reports on procurement activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
