**Job Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team at The Wellness Shop. As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality organic and natural products for our range of wellness and healthcare products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of organic and natural products, as well as sourcing and procurement best practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using procurement software and systems
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and commitment to promoting eco-friendly products

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Source and procure high-quality organic and natural products for the company's range of wellness and healthcare products
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing
- Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product requirements and provide recommendations
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to stay informed about new products and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
