Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle inbound calls related to patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and general hospital information

2.Make outbound follow-up calls for appointment reminders, feedback collection, and missed consultations

3.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient interaction records in the hospital system

4.Coordinate with OPD, billing, lab, and clinical teams for seamless patient service

5.Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate department promptly

6.Ensure polite, professional, and compassionate communication at all times

Skills Required:
1.Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi

2.Prior experience of 1-2 years in a hospital or healthcare call center is preferred

3.Familiarity with basic computer tools and hospital software systems

4.Ability to work in rotational shifts

5.Empathy, patience, and customer-first mindset
