**Job Title: Call Center Agent for Floral Boutique**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Call Center Agent at Floral Boutique, you will be a key player in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver exceptional service. Your primary role will be to engage with customers, process orders, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. In addition, you will assist in managing operations and ensure timely delivery of orders. Below are the main responsibilities of the role:
1. **Customer Engagement & Sales**:

- Reach out to daily customers through calls to promote and sell floral arrangements, gifts, and services.
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized recommendations to boost sales.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

2. **Customer Service & Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent service by addressing customer concerns, complaints, and product inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

3. **Order Management & Processing**:

- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are recorded and confirmed correctly.
- Monitor order statuses to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently.

4. **Operations Management**:

- Assist in managing inventory and ensuring stock availability for customer orders.
- Coordinate with the floral team to ensure timely creation and arrangement of floral products.
- Help optimize daily workflows and streamline operations to improve efficiency.

5. **Order Delivery Coordination**:

- Oversee the coordination of order deliveries to ensure they reach customers on time.
- Work with delivery teams to schedule and track the status of orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

6. **Reporting & Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
- Report daily sales data and progress toward targets to supervisors.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.

7. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, floral design, and delivery teams to meet customer needs effectively.
- Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to enhance the customer experience.

8. **Continuous Learning & Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and seasonal trends in the floral industry.
- Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Familiarity with order management and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- A passion for flowers and the floral industry is a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time position, with flexible shifts available.
- Occasional weekends and holidays may be required depending on business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,048.10 - ₹29,967.22 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
