**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents.
- Explain our study abroad services clearly and confidently.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with academic counselors for appointment scheduling.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to communication standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a call center or telecalling role (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent verbal communication in English and any regional language.
- Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections calmly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
