**Job Title**: Call Center Executive
**Location**: The Venkat Center for Aesthetic Health - Banashankari, Bangalore
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**About Us**
The Venkat Center for Aesthetic Health is a leading cosmetic surgery and aesthetic healthcare facility in Bangalore, dedicated to patient care, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a **Call Center Executive** to manage patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups at our Banashankari unit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding treatments, services, pricing, and doctors’ availability.
- Maintain a database of patient interactions and update records in the hospital management system (Zenoti).
- Coordinate with front desk and medical staff for patient requirements.
- Ensure prompt response to patient complaints or escalations and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
- Assist in lead generation, marketing campaigns, and promotional follow-ups as required.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-focused approach in all communications.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Kannada** (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional phone etiquette.
**Work Timings**
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (6 days a week).
**Compensation**
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹12,515.19 - ₹31,700.21 per month
