Job Title: Call Center Executive
Location: The Venkat Center for Aesthetic Health – Banashankari, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Us
The Venkat Center for Aesthetic Health is a leading cosmetic surgery and aesthetic healthcare facility in Bangalore, dedicated to patient care, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a Call Center Executive to manage patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups at our Banashankari unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and email queries from patients.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding treatments, services, pricing, and doctors' availability.
- Maintain a database of patient interactions and update records in the hospital management system (Zenoti).
- Coordinate with front desk and medical staff for patient requirements.
- Ensure prompt response to patient complaints or escalations and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
- Assist in lead generation, marketing campaigns, and promotional follow-ups as required.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-focused approach in all communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate; preference for candidates with experience in healthcare or call center operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional phone etiquette.
Work Timings
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days a week).
Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
