JOB SPEC - CALL CENTER AGENTS
JOB SUMMARY:
The agent is primarily responsible for making or attending customer calls to sell products or services. They need to know how to communicate with customers, have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize in high-volume, fastpaced environments. Also update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training programs. Apart from being responsible for ensuring productivity metrics and quality, he/she is also responsible for the individual team’s contribution towards achieving company goals and objectives.
Junior Process Associates:
- CTC: Starts from 21046/
- COMMON CRITERIA:
- Should be willing to work with rotational weekly offs
- Should be willing to work for sales campaigns
Process: Inbound ( Upselling)
Shift Timings: They need to be open for flexible rotational night shifts
Work Location: Bangalore
**Salary**: From ₹251,000.00 per year
