**Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology tailored to JEE and NEET preparation.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes that cover all relevant topics and concepts required for competitive exams.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises, to facilitate student understanding and retention.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer practice tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students’ understanding and progress.
- Provide detailed feedback and guidance to students based on their performance, helping them identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Track and analyze student performance to adjust teaching strategies and ensure effective preparation for JEE and NEET.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum for JEE and NEET preparation, ensuring alignment with exam syllabi and standards.
- Develop and update course materials, including textbooks, reference guides, and online resources.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer additional support to students through one-on-one tutoring sessions, extra classes, or group study sessions as needed.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly and provide academic counseling to help students achieve their goals.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with the latest developments and trends in JEE and NEET exam patterns, syllabi, and educational best practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members and academic staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to exam preparation.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to the academic planning and strategy of the institution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in teaching Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology at the senior secondary level, with a focus on JEE and NEET preparation.
- Demonstrated success in preparing students for competitive exams and achieving high results.
