**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in [Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology] for JEE/NEET aspirants.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover the syllabus prescribed for JEE/NEET exams.
- Use various teaching techniques, such as problem-solving sessions, quizzes, and interactive discussions, to enhance understanding.
- Prepare and update study material, including notes, question banks, and mock tests.
- **Student Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Mentor students to help them improve their performance and understanding of key concepts.
- Provide individual attention and personalized feedback to students struggling with specific topics.
- Conduct regular motivational sessions to help students manage stress and maintain a positive outlook during preparation.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and mock exams to assess students' progress.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to students and parents on their performance.
- Implement effective revision strategies to help students master difficult topics and perform well under exam conditions.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor and track the performance of students on a regular basis, providing insights and reports to the Academic Head and parents.
- Identify and support underperforming students by devising strategies for improvement.
- Ensure that students are well-prepared for JEE/NEET exams by organizing periodic mock exams and practice sessions.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest changes in the JEE/NEET syllabus and exam patterns.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop new teaching strategies and share best practices.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
