**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning & Development**: Collaborate with the academic team to design and update the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus and exam trends.
- **Student Mentorship**: Offer personalized mentorship to students, helping them overcome academic challenges, manage exam stress, and devise effective study strategies.
- **Test Preparation**: Conduct regular mock tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student understanding and track progress. Provide timely and actionable feedback.
- **Doubt Resolution**: Organize doubt-clearing sessions to assist students in understanding difficult concepts, both inside and outside of class hours.
- **Result-Oriented Approach**: Focus on achieving measurable improvements in student performance, working with them to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously update knowledge regarding changes in the JEE/NEET exam formats, syllabus, and competitive education techniques.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with the faculty team to share best practices, strategies, and teaching methods.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- A strong academic record with a deep understanding of the JEE and NEET syllabus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET preparation, preferably in a reputed coaching institute.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging learning experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in student counseling, guidance, and mentoring.
- Passionate about teaching and student success.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in conducting online classes or using hybrid teaching models.
- Familiarity with digital education tools, online learning platforms, and educational technology.
- Prior experience in guiding students to achieve top ranks in JEE/NEET exams.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time faculty position at MIT Junior College in Pune.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional evening sessions for student guidance and special classes.
