**JEE Faculty - Subject Matter Expert in Physics**:
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Map JEE Physics into a hierarchical knowledge graph, structuring concepts based on prerequisite dependencies and logical progression.
- Support in development of adaptive learning pathways that adjust dynamically based on student proficiency, ensuring personalized content delivery and targeted remediation.
- Prepare Course work inclusive of - Lesson Content, Scripts for Video explanation, progressive assessment question banks with solution explanation, suited for asynchronous course delivery.
- Design multi-dimensional assessments that evaluate conceptual depth, procedural accuracy, and strategic problem-solving beyond just correct answers.
- Engineer examination-conditioned learning modules that simulate real JEE constraints, improving time management and adaptability.
- Establish a rigorous content framework, ensuring consistency in pedagogy, problem structuring, and instructional methodologies.
- ** Collaborate with Data Science and other product development team to support development of the platform**

**Skills and Qualifications required**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience teaching JEE Physics or developing JEE preparation content
- ** Proven track record of student success in JEE examinations**:

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with multiple approaches to physics problems
- Working knowledge of instructional design tools and content management systems
- Interested to collaborate and develop scalable solutions in collaboration with Data Science and Product Development Team
