- **Doubt Resolution**:

- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions to address students' queries.
- Offer one-on-one guidance to students needing extra help.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and analyze students' progress and suggest improvement strategies.
- Implement targeted teaching for high-performing and struggling students.
- **Exam Strategies**:

- Teach problem-solving techniques and time-management skills for the JEE exam.
- Guide students on effective methods to tackle different types of JEE questions.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure syllabus coherence.
- Participate in teacher training programs, workshops, and meetings.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in JEE patterns and Physics advancements.
- Explore new teaching tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or a related field..
- Experience in teaching Physics for competitive exams, particularly JEE.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent knowledge of Physics fundamentals and JEE exam patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience and ability to motivate students.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in coaching institutes or JEE preparatory schools.
- Proven track record of students excelling under guidance.
- Familiarity with advanced problem-solving and shortcut techniques.

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
