**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Delivery**:

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to address different learning styles and maximize student engagement.
- **Exam Preparation and Assessment**:

- Design and administer mock tests, quizzes, and assignments that reflect the format and difficulty of JEE and NEET exams.
- Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Conduct individual and group sessions to address specific student needs and exam strategies.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, study guides, and practice exercises, to align with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Stay informed about updates and changes to the JEE and NEET examination formats and content.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide academic and motivational support to students, helping them to develop effective study habits and time management skills.
- Organize and lead review sessions, workshops, and one-on-one tutoring as needed.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, conferences, and other training opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and effective instructional program.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents about academic progress, concerns, and upcoming assessments.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience teaching JEE/NEET preparation courses or related competitive exams is highly desirable. Experience in teaching at the high school or pre-college level is a plus.

- Master's (preferred)

- Teaching: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
