**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Break down complex topics into easily understandable lessons and use varied teaching methods to address different learning styles.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, ensuring that they align with the syllabus and help students effectively prepare for exams.
- Provide practical demonstrations, experiments, or problem-solving sessions, as appropriate.
- **Course Material Development**:

- Design and develop high-quality study materials, including notes, assignments, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Regularly update the content to ensure it is current, accurate, and aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- Create digital content such as video lessons or online tests to supplement classroom teaching (for online teaching platforms, if applicable).
- **Student Assessment & Feedback**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, assignments, and mock exams to assess student performance and understanding.
- Provide detailed feedback to students on their performance, helping them identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze student performance trends and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- **Doubt Resolution & Mentoring**:

- Hold doubt-solving sessions where students can clarify their concepts and queries.
- Offer academic and career guidance, helping students set realistic goals for JEE/NEET preparation.
- Motivate students and create a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and ensure that students remain engaged and focused during lessons.
- Encourage active participation and foster a student-centric environment.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to contribute to the development and refinement of the curriculum.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in exam patterns, syllabus, and other relevant developments in JEE/NEET.
- **Parent Interaction & Reporting**:

- Interact with parents to provide feedback on their child’s progress and areas of improvement.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic strategies and student performance.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in teaching methodologies and JEE/NEET exam patterns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
