**Profile**: Resort Sales & admin executive

**Reports to**: Chief operations officer

**Job Summary**:The **Resort** **Sales** **Executive** is responsible for driving revenue by selling resort accommodations, packages, and services to individuals, corporate clients and event planners. This role involves building relationships with potential and existing clients, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Promote and sell resort accommodations, meeting spaces, and special packages to corporate clients, families and individual travellers.
- Connecting with a corporate through social media tools like LinkedIn and generating leads.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries and tailor resort offerings to meet client needs.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with accounts team for timely payment
- Corporate & family events planning (If required at the resort)
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports
- Work closely with other resort departments (Front Office, F&B, Events) to ensure seamless service delivery ∙Getting Feedback from the clients

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hospitality or resort sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel (If sometimes required to visit the resort)
